Without any single large form of industry on the Sunshine Coat, the people of Fisher have learned that there is no one better to plan for their prosperity than themselves. Take, for example, Steve and Rhonda Budden from Australian Off Road. They started their business 16 years ago in Maleny in their carport, and today they employ over 80 locals constructing top quality off road caravans in Caloundra. They understand the importance of manufacturing to our local economy.’
